By default, you will be set up with our current Terms & Conditions text for Half Now Half Later and Payment Plans. However, you are able to customize most of the terms, leaving only a small portion that pertains specifically to iCorePay. Follow the steps below to access and edit your terms and conditions.
Only Admin Users can access this feature.
Step 1:
- Click on Payment Methods in your navigation menu located on the left.
- Select Payment Plans or Half Now Half Later, depending on the one you’d like to edit.
- Click on the Terms & Conditions tab.
Step 2:
- Make the changes you wish inside the edit box, outlined in red in below:
- Use the tools offered in the top toolbox to customize your text.
- The text outside of this box is not customizable and is required by iCorePay.
Step 3:
- Once you have completed your changes you can preview the terms & conditions window by clicking Preview T&Cs located at the bottom left of the window.
- Make sure to save your changes by clicking Save Terms & Conditions.
- You will see a confirmation message on top of the page displaying Payment method updated.
Now you are all set!
