Carestream Integration Questions

How to Locate Patients in the Carestream Schedule Search

  • Select a date range from your schedule to be able to see all patients in that range. (See image below) You may go back or forward as far as you like. The wider range, the more existing patients your search will pull.
  • Then use the search box in the bottom left to search by last name.

How often does my schedule sync to Carestream PMS?

The set time interval for the sync is dependent upon your server abilities and the version of your practice management system. With older servers or PMS versions, it can take 1-12 hours. If your patient has not yet appeared in the iCoreRx schedule for today, we recommend that you open up your date search to find that patient on a previous or future date. At the last resort, use the Failover Rx manual entry tab.
