Error: Based on a period of inactivity, you have been automatically logged out of your account. To resume prescribing, re-enter the website address. It is recommended that this address is added to your browser Favorites list.
Fix: Chrome Disable cookies without SameSite, turn off Block third-party cookies / Allow all cookies within Google settings, Clear Cache

Fix: Clear cache in internet browser, and allow all cookies. You can also use a different web browser if the error persists. This error is related to the computer browser.
Error: Prescriber is Missing Shipping Information!
Fix: This a bug in the system that is currently being worked by the engineering team. This error does not affect your registration. Please allow this error to clear and then continue with the registration steps. It will clear in approximately 10-20 seconds after appearing.
Error: Exostar Identity Proofing Registration Failed!
Fix: This a bug in the system that is currently being worked by the engineering team. Refresh the page by clicking on the opposite button you originally selected and then reselect your shipping choice. Next click the Order Token button. You may need to repeat this step and keep repeating until the error is no longer seen.
Error: Possible Duplicate Registration
Fix: This error is seen when you already have an existing account with Exostar. Email implementation@icoreconnect.com to have your existing Exostar credentials copied over to your additional account/practice. Once your EPCS credentials are copied over to your account you will receive an email to confirm your setup status.
