How to Create Your Password
Once account provisioning is completed, you will receive a link to create your login password. To create your password follow the steps below.
1. Open the “Welcome to iCoreRx” email and click Create Password
2. Enter and confirm your password

| Your password MUST be at least 8 characters long, and CANNOT have any special characters (!, @, #, etc.) |
3. Click the Login button
4. Login with your email address and password
5. Fill in the Security Questions and click Save
Your iCoreRx password has been successfully created
How to Reset Your Password
To reset your iCoreRx site password, you will have two options:
1. Click Forgot Password
2. Enter the email address associated with your account
Option 1: Answer the Security Question. A password reset link will be sent to your email.

| If you have not completed the security questions, the only option available will be a text message. |
Option 2: Select Use Phone Verification Method. A text message will be sent to the registered phone number on your account. Enter the verification code sent to your text messages to reset your password.

| If the phone number on your account is a landline, the option for recieving a text message will not be available. |
How to Update Password Settings
To change a current password or change answers to security questions:
1. Log in to your iCoreRx site
2. Click on your username
3. Select Password Settings
4. Update your password or security questions and click Submit
