How to Add a Patient’s Pharmacy:
1. Click the Pt. Details tab in the top menu bar, then click +Add
2. Use the search fields to locate a pharmacy.

Try searching for the Pharmacy using: Zip/ Postal Code or Phone Number. |
3. Find the pharmacy you want and click Select
The pharmacy will be added to the Patient Pharmacies List.

If multiple pharmacies are in a patient’s pharmacy list, you can choose which location to use before sending out a prescription. |
How to Delete a Patient’s Pharmacy:
1. Click the Pt. Details tab in the top menu bar
2. Click Delete next to the pharmacy
The pharmacy has been removed from the Patient Pharmacies list.
Managing Your Location Pharmacy List
The Location Pharmacy List displays the pharmacies in and around your practice location that your patients requested to have their prescriptions filled.
How to Add Pharmacies to the Location Pharmacy List:
1. Click the Admin tab in the top menu bar
2. Under List Maintenance select the blue “Location Pharmacies” link
3. Click the +Add button. The search criteria window opens
4. Enter your Location Search Criteria.

Search by city, zip code, phone number etc. Refine your search using the Checkboxes below to specify pharmacies that support controlled substances, mail order, etc. |
5. Click the Search button
6. Click the Checkboxes for all the pharmacies you’d like to associate with your practice
The Selected Pharmacies will Appear in the Location Pharmacies List Above
How to Remove Pharmacies from the Location Pharmacy List:
1. Click the Admin tab in the top menu bar
2. Under List Maintenance select the blue “Location Pharmacies” link
3. Click Delete next to the pharmacies needing to be removed
The Deleted Pharmacies will be Removed from the Location Pharmacies List
