Adding a Drug Set:
1. Click the down arrow next to the Drug Sets button on the right and click Add Drug Set
2. Click the +Add Set button
3. Enter a name for the Drug Set and click Add
4. Click the +Add button to add the first drug to the set
5. Enter the drug name and click Drug Search
6. Click the drug name to see drug form options, then click the desired drug form
7. Fill out the Prescription Pad, then click the +Add to Drug Set button
8. Repeat for all drugs in the set
The drug set is displayed in alphabetical order.
Renaming a Drug Set:
1. Click down arrow next to Drug Sets and select Add Drug Set
2. Click the Edit button, Edit the Drug Set Name, then click Rename
The Drug Set has been Renamed.
Prescribing a Drug Set:
1. Click Drug Sets button
2. Select the individual Drug’s Check Box to choose individual drugs within the set OR Select the Radio Button to choose all drugs in the set.
3. Click Prescribe button
The Drug Set has been Selected.
Deleting a Drug Set:
1. Click the down arrow next to Drug Sets and select Add Drug Set
2. Click the Drug Set’s red Delete Button
3. Click Yes, delete
The Drug Set has been Deleted.
Adding a Compound
1. Click the down arrow next to Compounds and click Add Compound
2. Click the +New Compound button
3. Enter a name for the compound in the Label field
4. Click the +Add Ingredient button
5. Enter the first Active Ingredient, Quantity, and Unit information
Repeat for each Active Ingredient
6. Enter instructions in Default Sig
7. Enter Dispense, Dispense Form, and Schedule information
8. Click the Save button
The new compound displays alphabetically in the Compounds List Maintenance section.
Editing a Compound
1. Click the down arrow next to the Compound button and click Add Compound
2. Click the Edit button
3. Edit the Compound, then click Save
The compound has been updated with the changes.
Prescribing a Compound
1. Click the Compounds button
2. Select the Radio Button next to the desired compound
3. Click blue Prescribe button
The compound has been Selected.
Deleting a Compound
1. Click the down arrow next to the Compound button and click Add Compound
2. Click the down arrow next to the Edit button, then click Delete
3. Click Yes, delete
The compound has been Deleted.
