RxDetails and Prescription History

The Prescription Details or the RxDetails page contains information about the prescription and the pharmacy it was sent to, as well as information about the prescriber, patient, medication, administration and prescription history. You can access the Prescription Details from the Active Medications list or the Previous Medications List.

From the Active Medications list:

1. Click the Dropdown on the EDIT button

2. Click Detail

From the Previous Medications list:

1. Click the DETAIL button

Prescription Details page:

RxDetails: Prescription Written Date, Effective Date, Stop Date, and Pharmacy Information.
Prescriber: Prescriber Name, NPI, DEA, Location, Address and Phone Number
Patient: Patient Name, Address, Date of Birth, Gender, Weight and Height
Medication: Drug and Dispense Information, Pharmacist Message and Diagnosis
Administration Information: Lot Number, Administration Date, Expiration Date, Administrator, Manufacturer and Site
Prescription History:Details for previous prescriptions
Rx Buttons: Resend Rx button, Reprint Rx button, Report Missing or Failed Rx button, Cancel Rx button, & Request PA button
Rx Notes: Prescription Notes
